Cream of Tomato Soup

• 750 grams ripe tomatoes
• 5 table spoon Butter
• 1medium onion, finely chopped
• 1Carrot grated
• 4cups water
• ¼ tea spoon white pepper
• 1 tea spoon Salt
• 2 tea spoon Sugar
• 3 tea spoon corn flour
• ½ cup cream
Steam and peel tomatoes. Gently squeeze out seeds. Chop tomatoes roughly.
Heat butter and put onions and carrots. Microwave High for 3 minutes covered.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Microwave High 4 minutes. Cool and whiz in mixer.
Mix corn flour, Microwave High 2 minutes.
