A simple and yummy cake

Ingredients

115 g self raising flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 115 g butter, 115 gram caster sugar, 2 large eggs

Method

Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add butter, sugar and eggs. Beat for 2 to 3 minutes. The mixture should be pale in color and a little glossy. Put the mixture in a baking dish. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 160 degrees C.
