Ingredients

Marinate: lime, turmeric, salt. Masala: 1 tomato, 1 big onion, ginger/garlic, red chilli powder, coconut oil, curry leaves. Wrap: banana leaf

Method

Marinate in lime, turmeric and salt and leave it aside for 5 to 10 minutes. Take the masala ingredients and blend them well in a mixer and apply over the fish with a little coconut oil. Sprinkle the oil on the fish. Take a fresh banana leaf. Place the fish, tie it well. In an idli vessel or momo vessel with bottom filled with water. Cook by placing banana leaf for 5 minutes toss it over and cook for another 5 minutes.
