Microwave Mug Cake Recipe

3 Tbsp Flour ( can be Maida or Atta or a 1:1 ratio of both depending upon your preference)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Microwave safe mug which is at least medium sized. A bigger one will ensure no overspill though or you can adjust your ingredients depending on the size of your mug.
This recipe is for a medium sized mug.
Take a fork and mix all the dry ingredients in the mug well to ensure it’s soft and fluffy.
Then add 1-2 Tbsp oil ( you can also add ghee instead if you’re anti refined oil types provided you don’t mind that faint smell of ghee)
4-5 Tbsp cold or room temperature milk but not hot milk.
You can adjust the milk quantity to get a good flowing consistency but it should not be runny. It can be a little more fluidic than a normal cake batter but not more than that.
2-3 drops vanilla essence.
Mix all the ingredients well and microwave for 2 minutes. Your cake will be ready.
