Rice Idli
Microwave recipe for delicious rice idlis

• 1 Cup Rice Powder
• ½ cup dal urad powder
• Salt (to taste)
• 2 tsp Eno's fruit salt mix
Mix Rice powder & Dal powder & Salt with 2 cups Water. Add Eno to it. Keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes. Spoon drop the mixture in slightly oiled idli moulds. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes. Let it stand for 1 minute. Serve hot with chutney, sauce or sambher.
