Chicken Sandwich

150 grams boneless chicken, 4 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 lemon's juice, 15 stems of fresh coriander, 6 basel leaves, salt to taste, 16 slices of bread
Boil chicken for 10 minutes, shred into small pieces. Mix well with all the ingredients in a bowl. Slightly toast bread slices. Spread the mix between two slices of bread. Cut sandwiches into half before serving fresh.
