Jeera Aloo
Easy to make potato dish which can be had with pranthas or bread.

1/2 kg potatoes, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp amchoor, red chili powder, coriander leaves
1. Take half kg potatoes
2. Boil till they are tender
3. Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan
4. When oil is hot add one teaspoon jeera to it
5. When jeera starts spluttering add salt to taste, red chili powder and add potatoes
6. Add one tea spoon amchoor powder to it
7. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes and then sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves
