Ingredients

3 cups chopped tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, 1 cup onion dried, 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro, 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 4 tspn chopped jalapeno pepper/chillies, 1/2 tspn ground cumin, 1/2 tspn salt, 1/2 tspn black pepper, garlic optional

Method

Stir the tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl and serve.
