Apple crumble

1/2 kg apples,
2 tsp butter,
1/2 lemon,
For crumble:
2/3 cups maida,
1/3 cup castor sugar,
50 gm butter
1. Chop apples
2. Roast cinnamon powder in 2 tsp butter in a pan
3. Add apples and boil (cook) with little water
4. Add sugar to taste
5. For crumble add 2/3 cup maida, 1/3 cup castor sugar and 50 gms butter and blend in a mixie jar to form crumble
6. Set apple first and spread crumble and bake at 170 deg C for 20 to 25 mins
