Ingredients

16 red chilies, 6 cups (tea cups) sugar, 3 bottles (750 ml) water, 50 gm cleaned and chopped ginger, 6 cloves, 1 inch stick of cinnamon, Few corns of pepper

Method

1. Boil everything together for 40 mins 2. Cool, strain and bottle 3. Leave it for a week before use for better taste
