Best Quinoa Salad
Quinoa salad with garden vegetables.
1 1/ cup cooked quinoa, 4 or 6 green onions thinly sliced, 1 red pepper finely diced, 1 or 2 carrots grated, 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves finely chopped, 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsely, 1 lemon, 6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 cup raisins (sultanas), 1 teaspoon grated fresh turmeric, salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl mix them up a bit and chill before serving.
