Tomato paneer
Simple and delicious paneer dish

200 grams paneer, 4 tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of garlic paste, one teaspoon ajwain, half a teaspoon of red chilli powder, half a teaspoon of sugar and salt to taste, two teaspoons of kasuri methi.
Heat one tablespoon oil. Add one teaspoon ajwain to it. Add puree of 4 tomatoes and cook it till it leaves oil. Add 2 teaspoons of garlic paste and half a cup of water. Cook it again till oil separates. Add half a teaspoon of red chilli powder and half a teaspoon of sugar and salt to taste. Add half cup of water and boil till it is slightly thick gravy. Add cubes of 200 grams of paneer. Crush two teaspoons of kasuri methi in your palm and add to it. Serve hot with chapattis
