Mushroom soup
A nutritious and delicious soup

packet of mushrooms, 5 cloves of garlic, one tablespoon butter, six to seven pepper corns, one cup milk
Wash and chop on packet of mushrooms. Peel 5 cloves of garlic and chop them finely. Heat one tablespoon butter in pan and fry the chopped garlic at low heat for one minute. Add mushrooms and six to seven pepper corns and fry for about 5 minutes at low heat. Add half a teaspoon of salt. Add one and half cup water and one cup milk. Bring it to a boil. Grind it using a hand blender. Ready to serve.
