Ingredients

1 teaspoon of saunf (fennel) seeds, 1/2 inch of fresh ginger crushed, 6 black pepper corns, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 2 pods of elaichi, 4 to 6 pieces of cloves and 3 teaspoons of tea.

Method

Pour 3 cups of water in a container add 1 teaspoon of saunf (fennel) seeds, 1/2 inch of fresh ginger crushed, 6 black pepper corns, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 2 pods of elaichi, 4 to 6 pieces of cloves and 3 teaspoons of tea. Boil the water with ingredients. Add milk to taste and sugar if needed. Strain and enjoy.
