175 grams marie biscuits, 100 grams butter, 200 grams paneer, 1 cup whipped cream, 1 cup amul cream, 1 cup orange juic, 4 cups orange essence, 4 tsp gelatin, topping-orange marmalade with 1 1/2 tsp cornflour
Whip the two creams separately. Add gelatin in juice and beat till it dissolves. Let it cool, Add it in paneer and grind them together and mix the creams
