Moist chocolate cake

3/4 cups cocoa, 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, 3/4 cups oil, 2 cups sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 level tsp baking soda, 1 level tsp baking powder, 1 cup milk, 1 cup hot coffee (for hot coffee mix 1 tsp heaped coffee in water and when it boils and add 1 cup of cold milk)


Prepare the cake batter by beating egg white and sugar till frothy. Gradually add oil and flour and egg yolks. all the dry ingredients should be sieved and prepared for mixing in the batter, first. Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees and put the cake to bake at this temperature for 25 to 30 min. Chocolate Sauce for Topping: Take 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of cocoa and 1 tsp of vanilla essence and mix all the ingredients. Add 3 to 4 tsp of water milk. Be careful not to add too much milk. Mix and add to the top of the cake.
