Lime rice

Ingredients

Rice 450 grams, lemon 2, urad dal 15 grams, Bengal rice 15 grams, hing a pinch, cashew-nut 30 grams, peanut 30 grams, curry leaves a few, red chilli 10 gram, mustard seeds 1/3 teaspoon, methi, salt

Method

Boil the rice and set aside. Boil the powder methi, Bengal gram and urad dal. Mix with boiled rice, add salt and lime juice. Heat oil and fry the nuts and remove, add curry leaves hing red chill, mustard seeds, when brown remove from fire and add to the rice. Serve hot.
