Salad deux pommes

A special recipe which was collected in 1989

Potatoes 250 grams, apples 225 grams, mayonnaise 115 ml, lettuce 1/2 bunch, seasoning to taste


Choose oversize potatoes and was well. Peel them and cut them into half inch cubes. Cook them in salted water till just done. Mix well with cubes of apples and mayonnaise. Arrange on a silver platter on chiffonade. Serve chilled.
