Golgappa pani
Mouth watering golgappa pani

- 2 cups mint leaves
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1 inch ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 to 3 green chillies, stem removed
- 1/2 cup jaggery (gudh)
Grind the ingredients to a smooth paste
In a large utensil add
- 2 cups water
- the above made paste
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp kala namak
- 1 tbsp jeera powder
- 1 and a half tsp of chaat masala pwd
Mix well and strain
Adjust seasoning if needed
Add 1 cup ice cubes and set aside.
Just before serving add
- 1/3 cup imli pulp ( if added before it changes the colour of water
- 1/2 cup boondi
