A simple delicious Indian breakfast dish.

1 onion, 1 green chili, 3 cloves garlic, 5 heaped table spoons basen, salt and ajwain to taste.
Finely chop one onion and one green chili. Crush three cloves of garlic into a paste. Take 5 heaped table spoons of basen in a dish. Add water and keep mixing well to get a consistent paste. Add the crushed garlic paste and mix well. Add the chopped onion and green chilli. Add salt and and ajwain to taste. Pour half a cup of the mix into a pan and spread it into a thin circular shape. Allow to cook for a few minutes till one side is cooked well, it should be brown and nicely cooked. Flip it over and cook the other side while pressing down with a flipper. Serve hot. Goes well with a toast.
