Delicious Dalia

Ingredients

One cup of dalia, two table spoons of desi ghee, three cups milk, sugar to taste

Method

Take one cup of dalia in pressure cooker, add two table spoons of desi ghee. Fry the dalia in the desi ghee for 2 to 3 minutes till it becomes slightly more brown. Add enough water so that it is up to twice the level of the dalia. Close the pressure cooker lid and place on full flame, bring it to sim after the first whistle. Wait for pressure cooker to whistle four times. Switch of the gas and let the pressure cooker remain till the release of all the steam. Add 3 to 4 cups of milk and let it boil for some time. Add sugar to tastes. Serve hot.
