Rice kheer

Ingredients

1 liter full cream milk, 1/4 cup soacked basmati tota rice, kaju, kishmis and sugar to taste.

Method

Take 1 liter full cream milk and boil it. Add 1/4 cup soaked rice, preferably basmati tota. Slow down the fire and heat till it thickens, stir occasionally. Add crushed kaju and kishmish. Add sugar to taste. Serve and eat.
