Paneer Kulcha

A nutritious and easy to make snack which everybody loves and looks forward to.

Ingredients

one small capsicum, 200 grams paneer, two green chillis, two large tomatoes, one tablespoon oil, salt to taste, half teaspoon red chilli powder,eight kulchas.

Method

Chop one small capsicum into tiny pieces. Chop 200 grams paneer into small pieces. Finely chop two green chillis. Take puree of two large tomatoes. Heat one tablespoon oil and add tomato puree to it. Cook for 5 minutes till the oil separates. Add green chillis and chopped paneer. Add salt to taste and half teaspoon red chilli powder and cook it for two minutes. Finally add the chopped capsicum to this mixture and cook for another tow minutes. Now keep this mixture aside after adding finely chopped coriander leaves to it. Heat the kulchas on both sides on a dry pan till its lightly brown. Spread a portion of this mixture on one kulcha and cover it with the second kulcha and cut from the middle to make two semicircular paneer kulcha sandwiches.
