Veg Burrito

Finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onions, coriander and garlic. Seasoning, chilli sauce, cheese slices or grated cheese, chopped olives, sweet corn, boiled rice, chopped green coriander, tortillas.
Take finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onions, coriander and garlic. Put all in a bowl. Add seasoning and chilli sauce. Mix all this to get the salsa to go with the burritos. Take cheese slices and chopped olives and keep aside.
Add oil to a pan and stir fry sweet corn in it. Add vegetables of choice and previously boiled rice and then add cheese sauce. Mix well and once it is cooked let it cool. Add chopped green coriander and chopped black olives and mix again. Take a tortilla add this mix to it and fold as per your preference.
Place the cheese slice on the wrap and place in an oven heated to 180 degrees celcius for 5 to 7 minutes. Alternatively serve the wraps with salsa and grated cheese without baking it.
Remove and place in serving plates and serve with salsa on top of the burrito wrap.
