Mango cheesecake
Very beautiful and delicious cake. A must try.

Hung curd of 1 ltr milk, Cream 200 ml, Gelatin 1 tablespoon, Mango 1 big, Castor sugar 4-6 teaspoon, 6 to 8 marie biscuits and glucose biscuits, 2 teaspoon butter, some mango pieces, 2 teaspoon sugar
For the cake- put in the mixie -hung curd, cream, mango pulp and powdered sugar and mix till absolutely smooth.
Take warm water 4-5 teaspoon add gelatin and dissolve completely.
Add gelatin to the above mixture and mix it again till it becomes smooth.
For crust- crush 6 to 8 marie biscuits and glucose biscuits in a mixie and add 2 teaspoon butter and put it in a rectangle dish and press it down. Microwave for 2 mins.
Pour on the base and keep in fridge for 7-8 hrs
Mango glaze- Take some mango pieces. Add 4-5 teaspoon water n 2 teaspoon sugar in boil for 5 mins. Let it cool and puree it.
Add the mango glaze to the cheese cake. And top it with fresh mango.
