1 cup whole-wheat flour, half a cup all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon ghee, salt to taste, breadcrumbs, little milk,
Take 1 cup whole-wheat flour and half a cup all-purpose flour add 1 tablespoon ghee and salt to taste.
mix all the above ingredients in a pan till the breadcrumbs stage.
Add milk little bit at a time to make a dough, keep kneading the same smoothly.
After the dough is ready take a little bit of ghee in your hand and smoothen it out.
Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then knead it again for one more time for two minutes.
Take a small portion make a ball
Dust it with whole wheat flour and roll into a chapati, this should be very thin keep dusting with flour and keep Rolling it as thin as possible it should look like a rumali roti.
Take a small round karahi reverse the same put on the flame upside down.
let it heat for five minutes on a low flame
When the karahi is heated up put some oil with the cloth on the surface of the Kadai gently place the Roti on it. let it cook on one side for one minute. The bubbles shall erupt then flip it on the other side and keep the flame low. Take two kitchen cloths in both the hands press the Roti gently with both the hands and make it move in clockwise direction constantly. Keep on doing it till there are no bubbles shall take about 3 to 4 minutes like this. The Roti is ready cooked.
