Ingredients

300 ml of cream, 150 ml of condense milk, two mangoes,

Method

300 ml of cream. Avalaible in tetra packs or fresh at our Indian Diary’s shops. Beat the cream to make it thick in consistency. Add 150 ml of condense milk. Mix the two together in a pan. Peel two mangoes chop them in small pieces and make a paste of them in a grinder. Add this mango paste in the cream and condense milk mixture. Mix them together to a smooth texture. Transfer the same in small portions in the container from which we want to eat. Decorate if desired with the cream in top. Refrigerate and enjoy.
