Ingredients

3 tablespoons mustard oil, 1/4 teaspoon ajwain, 1/2 teaspoon haldi, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 4 medium sized potatoes, 3 shimla mirch (capsicum)

Method

In a karahi take 4 tablespoons of mustard oil. Heat the oil and add 1/4 teaspoon ajwain, 1/2 teaspoon haldi, 1/2 teaspoon red chili and salt to taste. Add chopped potatoes and cook till potatoes are almost ready. Add chopped shimla mirch and cook some more till potatoes are fully cooked. Serve with chapati.
