Karela rings recipe

Ingredients

500 gm karela, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, 1 table spoon cooking oil, salt to taste, 1 cup tomato puree, 1 table spoon motti saunf, 1 teaspoon haldi, amchoor poweder to taste.

Method

Take 500 gms karelas, wash and chop into rings. Add one tablespoon mustard oil and salt to taste. Mix well till all the karela rings are nicely covered with the oil. Cook in Air Frier for 14 minutes and set aside. Heat some cooking oil add one cup tomato puree and one table spoon of motti saunf. Fry till the oil separates. Add half teaspoon haldi and amchoor powder to taste. Mix it well and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat. Mix well into fried karela rings and serve.
