Chicken and spinach noodle soup

Quick, easy chicken soup with noodles and spinach

3 cups of water, 2 chicken stock cubes, 250 grams chicken, 50 grams noodles, some spinach leaves, 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar


Boil 3 cups of water with 2 chicken stock cubes and add 250 grams of chicken in curry size pieces. Once the chicken is cooked take out and set aside to cool. Now add 50 grams of noodles and boil for 3 minutes. Add few spinach leaves and let them boil for a minute. Add one crushed clove of garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar and boil for another 2 minutes. Roughly shred the chicken pieces an add to the soup. Add salt to taste.
