(For frankie masala) 1 tablespoon chat masala, 1/4 tablespoon garam masala, 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder, 1/4 tablespoon roasted jeera powder, 1/2 tablespoon coriander cumin powder, 1/4 tablespoon clack pepper powder. (for frankie chapati) 3/4 cup wheat flour, 3/4 cup maida flour, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon oil (for frankie stuffing) 1 tablespoon crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger, 2 tablespoon finely chopped green chilli, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 3-4 medium size potatoes hand mashed, 2 teaspoon frankie masala, slat to taste, coriander leaves, (for citric acid) 1/4 cup vineger, 2 tablespoon sliced green chilli, 1/4 teaspoon salt.
(Frankie masala) take chat masala garam masala, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder, dhania jeera powder and black pepper powder. Mix well. (chapati) make chapati using the ingredients (Frankie masala) take a pan and put cooking oil in it, add ginger, garlic and green chillis and saute on medium flame. Bring flame to slow and add haldi powder, red chilli powder, boiled and hand hashed potatoes and mix it well. Cook the potatoes in the oil and masala. Add frankie masala and mix well. Add hara dhania and mix well and remove on to a plate and cool. (Chilli pickles) Take the vinegar or you may use lemon juice, add the finely chopped green chillies, salt and mix well. Keep aside for half an hour. Make the rotis keeping them thin and keep it mildly cooked and keep aside. Make rolls out of the frankie stuffing and cool them mildly. Take a tava and use butter to cook the roti a little more. Now take the roti, apply green chani or tamatoe ketchup and put the frankie stuffing roll, onion rings, cabage strands, hara dhania, frankie masal, chilli pickle, red chilli and garlic chuney and grated cheese and roll tightly in the roti.
