Stuffed Masala Bhindi

1/2 kg bhindi, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon amchoor powder, 1 teaspoon dhania powder, 1teaspoon haldi powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon mustard oil.
Wash the bhindi and dry it with a kitchen paper towel. Chop the top and bottom ends of the bhindis. Mix the masala and keep it aside. Make long slits in the bhindis and stuff the mixed masala in these slits. Heat 1 tablespoon mustard oil in a karahi and cook the bhindi in it till tender. Serve hot with chapatis or paranthas.
