Ingredients

• 100gm salted Butter • 2cups Maida • 1tin Condensed Milk • 2tsp Baking powder • 1tsp Baking Soda • 1tsp Vanilla • 1cup Milk

Method

Mix well Maida, Baking Powder, Baking Soda. Keep aside. Beat condensed Milk till fluffy and Soft. Add melted butter. Beat well. Add Maida and Milk alternately Spoon by Spoon. Add essence. Pour mixture in Greased Dish. Micro high 7 minutes uncovered. Remove when cool. Serve with tinned Fruits or Ice Cream , or Custard. Icing can also be done. Add some drinking Chocolate to the icing.
