Lemon Vanilla Floats

• Custard powder 4 tsp. • Water 2 cups • Gelatine dissolved in 3 tbsp water • Sugar 1cup (powdered) • Milk 2 cups • Vanilla essence 4 drops • Lemon juice 3 tbsp • Milk powder 3 tbsp • Egg whites 4 • Salt ½ tspn.


Dissolve custard in 2 cups of water. MH 1 minute. Stir-, M.H. 1 minute. Mix in the Gelatine, cool slightly, mix juice of lemon, sugar, milk vanilla. Add to custard, mix well, Mix well. Freeze the mixture in ice tray, till set. Blend the cubes with milk powder, till fluffy in the blender. Beat egg whites with salt till peaks form. Fold in custard mixture. Freeze in pre chilled small glasses or bowls.
