Bread Pudding

Ingredients

• 2 Pcs. Bread • 2 cups Milk • 2 Eggs • ¾ cup Sugar • ½ cup raisins • 1 tsp Vanilla • 2 tsp Butter

Method

Mix Sugar, butter, Vanilla in hot milk. Add crumbled bread. Cool. Beat Eggs separately. Mix Kishmish. Fold in above mixture in Eggs. M.H. 5 minutes. Spoon any Jam on the top. M.H. 1 minute.
