Ingredients

• 2 cup Ghia (lauki) grated • 1 cup Milk • 1 cup Cream • 1 cup Sugar • 4 Ilaichi-powdered • Pista, Cashew, Almonds (All shredded for garnishing)

Method

Grate ghia. Squeeze out the water. Add milk, cream & ilaichi powder. Micro high for 10 minutes. Mix sugar. Again micro high for 10 minutes. Uncovered, both the times. Standing time 10 minutes. Garnish with dry fruits. Variations You can use halwa kadu (sitaphal) instead of ghia. It is healthy, tasty and easy to digest.
