Chinese Chicken

• 1 kg Chicken
• ¼ tsp Maida
• 1 tsp Soya sauce
• ¼ cup Cold water
• 1 cup Chicken stock
• 100 gms Mushrooms
• 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
• ¼ tsp Pepper
• ¾ cup Cream
• 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
Steam chicken in 1cup water. De-bone and slice into thin strips. Micro high chicken and soya sauce for 5 minutes. Mix maida with cold water. Mix the maida paste into chicken.
Add stock. Add mushrooms, salt & pepper. Micro high 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Mix cream and tomato sauce. Serve with noodles or rice.
