Chicken Koftas oil less

• 500Gms Keema (chicken)
• 1 tbps Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp Garlic paste
• 3-4 Green chilies (chopped)
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 3 Bread (sliced)
• Egg
• 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
• 1/4cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
• 5 Tomatoes (large)
• 2” Ginger (piece)
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Red chili
• 1 tsp Jeera powder
• 1 cup Cream or malai
• 1 pinch Orange red colour
Grind- tomatoes, jeera, salt, chili powder in a mixie. Micro high 10 minutes. Add cream and little orange red colour. Mix and keep aside.
Soak bread; squeeze & crumble. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Make into balls. Place on a plate keeping ½” distance in between each ball. Micro high 5 minutes uncovered. Add koftas to above curry. Micro high for 4 minutes. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
