Tandoori Chicken

• Chicken (600-700gms) cut into pieces & washed properly
• Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Garlic paste
• 1 tsp Ginger paste
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Chili powder
• ½ tsp Jeera
• 1 cup Curd (thick)
• A little red colour
• 2 tbsp Maida
• Some oil
• Onion rings
• Lemon pieces
• Coriander leaves
Mix all ingredients except oil. Add chicken and mix well. Let it marinate for 2-3 hours at room temperature. Place pricked chicken pieces in a shallow dish. With the fleshy parts to the outside of the dish and leave extra marinate behind. Micro high 5 minutes. Brush the pieces with oil and turn the pieces. Dribble some oil on the pieces and micro high for 5 minutes. If needed micro high for few minutes again. Garnish and serve hot.
