Shammi Kababs

• 500 gms. Chicken Mince • 1 tsp Garlic Paste • 1 tsp Ginger Paste • 1 tsp Salt • 1 tsp Red Chilli • 1 tsp Garam Masala • 1 tsp Amchoor • 3 tbsp Maida • 2 tsp Workester Shire Sauce.


Wash and mince nicely. Mix everything together. Make small balls and press them a little to make a disk. Fill the moulds of cocktail idli with Kababs. M.H. one tray at a time. M.H. 2 minutes. Turn the Kababs & M.H. 2 minutes. Serve with sauce. Makes a good Kabab for cocktail parties.
