Chicken Kababs

• 200gms Chicken boneless-cut into ½” pieces
• 1/2tsp Garlic paste
• 1/2tsp Ginger paste
• 1/2tsp Red chili powder
• 1/2tsp Garam masala
• 3/4tsp Amchoor
• 1/2tsp Salt
• 1tsp Corn flour
• 3-4tsp seasame seeds (white til)
Wash and squeeze out all the water from the chicken. Discard water. In a bowl add chicken and all other ingredients except sesame seeds. Mix well and let it marinate for 1-2 hours at room temperature. Lift one piece at a time and roll in sesame seeds so that it is fully covered. Place on a plate and micro high uncovered for 2 minutes. Turn the side and again micro high uncovered for 2 minutes. Let the kababs stand for 1-2 minutes. Remove to a serving plate and serve sprinkle with lemon juice.
Note
Check after standing time. If the kabab is not fully cooked, micro high for 1 minute.
Fish kababs & prawns can be made in the same way. Cooking time will be 3-4 minutes. However, if prawns are very small, cooking time reduces further & if they are large, cooking time increase slightly.
