Ingredients

• 500gms raw mangoes • 4-5 cups water • ½ cup Sugar ( Powdered ) • ½ cups Mint leaves finely chopped • 2 tsp bhuna Jeera • ½ tsp Kala Namak • 1 tsp Salt

Method

Wash the mangoes and put in plastic bag and M.H. for 10 minutes. Cool and press out the pulp. Mix all ingredients with pulp, add water, Serve chilled.
