Ingredients

• 2 tsp oil • ½ tsp Garam Masala • 4 garlic cloves finely chopped • chilies to taste • 500gm mince meat • 1 ½ tsp Worcester shire sauce • Salt to taste • 8 Burger Buns • Some butter • 1 small cabbage very finely shredded, 1 to 1 ½ cups mayonnaise

Method

Heat oil add garam masala, garlic & green chilies . Micro High 1 minute. Wash the mince well and add to masala, add Worcester shire sauce and Salt. Shape into 8 Barger Patties. Micro high in 3 in 1 sieve for 5 minutes. Put a plate underneath to collect the drippings. Stand for 3 minutes To assemble slit the buns, Spread with butter on one half and tomato sauce on the other half. Mix the cabbage with the mayonnaise separately, slip in the patty and some cabbage. Press gently to seal . To reheat micro high for 30 seconds per burger.
