Menchurian

Main ingredients:
• 3 Cups grated vegetable ( Carrots, Cabbage, Cauliflower )
• 2 tbs corn flour + 2 tbs Maida
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Ginger
• 2 tsp Garlic Paste
• ¼ tsp Black Pepper
• ½ tsp Amchoor
• ½ tsp Red Chillies
• 2 tbs Soya Sauce
• ½ tsp salt
Gravy ingredients:
• 2 Big Onions ( grated )
• 1 Capsicum sliced
• 4 tsp Garlic paste
• 1 tsp Ginger paste
• ½ tsp Black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 tbsp Tomato puree
• tbs Soya sauce
• 2 tsp vinegar
Mix al main ingredients. Put Little water (if needed ). Make into balls. Steam for 6 minutes.
Mix Onions, Capsicums, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Black Pepper, Salt, Tomato Puree. M.H. 3 minutes. Stir. M.H. 2 minutes.
Mix Balls. M.H. 2 minutes. Mix 4 tbsp Corn flour with 2 Cups of water. Add to balls & mix well. Add Soya Sauce, vinegar, mix very well.
M.H. 5 minutes. Stir & M.H. 5 minutes.
