Cheesy Baked Macroni

• 3 cups cooked Macroni
• 1 ½ cup grated Cheese
• 2 Eggs
• 1cup Milk
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• A dash of Tobasco
• Worcester Shire Sauce
• 1Large Tomato sliced
Layer the Macroni & Cheese in a flat bottomed dish ( Idli Mould’s plate) starting with a layer of Macroni & ending with Cheese. Beat eggs lightly with rest of ingredients. Pour over Macroni. Lay the tomato slices over. Cook covered (M.H.) 6 minutes.
