Kadhai Paneer

Microwave cooking recipe

Ingredients

• 200gms Paneer (cut into 1/2" cubes) • 2tbps Oil • Flakes garlic (crushed) • 3 tbps Tomato puree (readymade) • 1 tbps Kasoori methi • 1tsp Salt • ½ tsp Red chili powder • 1 tsp Dhania powder • ½ tsp Garam masala • Capsicum(cut into long thin pieces)

Method

In a dish add oil & garlic. Micro high uncovered for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree. Add kasoori methi, salt, sugar, red chili powder, dhania & garam masala. Mix well. Add capsicum. Mix. Micro high uncovered for 3 minutes. Add paneer. Mix well. Keep aside. At serving time add 2 tbs cream and micro high for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
