• 6 Equal sized bengans
• For Masala
• Salt, Dhania powder, Amchoor
• 2tsp Oil
Mix all the masala ingredients. Cut bengans lengthwise leaving bottom skin intact. Fill in masala. Brush bengans with oil. Micro high-covered for 4 minutes. Turn the bengans and micro high (uncovered) for 4 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
