Aloo Methi

Microwave cooking recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 Kilogram of methi, pluck the leaves and cut them fine • 3 to 4 potatoes steamed and cut into pieces

Method

(To steam the potatoes in any polybag, close it tightly and Microwave High for 5 minutes) Put the methi in a sieve under the tap and wash it properly. Spread the methi in a shallow dish and Microwave High for 5 minutes. Stir it and Microwave High again for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, 2 tea spoon oil salt and red chilies to taste. Mix well; add few drops of water if it looks too dry. Microwave High for 2 minutes. Change to a smaller bowl and keep it covered till serving time.
