• ½ Kg Bhindi
• 2tbs Oil
• 2tbs Ginger Grated
• 2tbs Garlic Paste
• 2tbs Amchoor
• 2tbs Dhania powder
• ½ tbs red chilli powder
• ¼ tbs Haldi
• 2 tbs water
• Salt to taste
Wash Bhindi well and dry it. Remove the cap and tail. Split the Bhindi making sure that the knife does not cut right through.
M.H. oil, ginger and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add amchoor, Dhania Powder, chilies, Haldi & salt. Add water and mix well. M.H. for 3 minutes.
Place your thumb into the split of Bhindi and spoon the mixture into it. Put on flat dish in single rows. (Do not pile). Brush some oil on Bhindies. M.H. 4 minutes covered. Turn the Bhindies and M.H. 4 minutes- uncovered. Garnish with Coriander leaves and spring onions.
