Bhindi Sabut

Ingredients
• ½ kg Bhindi
• 2 tbps oil
• 2 tbps chopped ginger
• 2 tbps chopped garlic
For stuffing
• 2 tbps amchoor
• 2 tbps dhania powder
• ½ tbsp red chili powder
• ¼ tbsp haldi
Wash bhindi well and dry on cloth. Chop the cap and the tail of bhindi. Slit the bhindi making sure that the knife does not cut right through. Place your thumb into the slit of bhindi and spoon the mixture into it. Put oil, ginger, garlic and bhindi in multi cooker. Micro for 3 minutes. Turn the bhindi and micro high for another 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion.
